What's the difference between a data analyst and a statistician? A data analyst can tell you what happened, and a statistician can tell you why it happened. #Data #Analyst #Nostr

OR, an analyst tells you what the data means, but a statistician can give you an idea of what might happen in the future, or how it came to be.

I guess I'm thinking in terms of like data science and modelling etc
