David Lynch is a fucking legend, and probably one of the few famous people that died that brings a tear to my eye as I type this.. His creativity and brilliance changed the way I see life. Funny, I was just thinking of life and death today…

If you don’t know him or haven’t seen his movies, I highly recommend watching any/all of the below:

Lost Highway

Blue Velvet

Mulholland Drive

Twin Peaks (vials and new versions)

The Elephant Man

Rest in peace David 😭😭

How dare you leave out Wild At Heart!!!!

Too many to name them all…. So true… So sorry.. Fuck it all.. I’m currently in a state of mourning…

I have seen only Mulholland Drive,

I should check out the other ones.

Where is Eraserhead?!

I have actually never seen that one..

Love his movies. They are, dare I say, transformative in a way that only art can be. I haven’t seen Mulholland Drive in years but it still sticks with me; the feeling of being in dream, unsure what is real and what is fiction.

Another thing that I loved about him was his personality. His movies are just bizarre, terrifying, and just flat out strange. Yet when you hear him talk in interviews, he is such a positive and upbeat guy. I always figured he would be a tormented soul, but he seems pretty grounded. A true artist and visionary

Exactly. Yeah, his movies really make you question reality.. Other movies try, but don’t succeed. His movies don’t follow any kind of ‘norm’, you never know which way it will go.

DUNE.
