I was not expecting Jimmy Carr to turn up as a support at the Sarah Silverman gig at the Palladium with his Niagara of filth. Sarah Keyworth got things going nicely. I’d never heard a double mastectomy called ‘top surgery’ before but everyone else had. Great night and quite a touching show.
