A court just lifted the OFAC sanctions on Tornado Cash. Tide seems to be turning. Hopefully the DOJ will drop the charges against Samourai next.

I hope their communication & marketing isn't the nail that seals their coffin.

The tornado cash guy seems like a much more humble & good dude - helped his case for sure as there was nothing to hold against him.

As shitty as the situation is, it would be best that they win the case and set a legal precedent. Pardon would require admission of guilt laying the foundation for overreach in privacy.
