Haha, it's so funny how real the divide between dog and cat people is.

I like dogs, my name means dog. My pet peeve however is young people getting dogs instead of friends or dating. They are like having a child before marriage, and they are expensive.

Dogs are good when you are established with a house, a relationship, have traveled everywhere you want to go

However they are good personal security, So i can definitely see wanting a daughter to have a dog in college nowadays, but wow is it a lot of work.
