Might be. When i open mutiny all my zaps auto approve after a few seconds

No they show pending on the just me page for a few seconds and then complete on their own

When it happens, is your channel offline? Sometimes it does it if it's trying to pay too quickly but not ready yet. We've been having LSP issues and occasionally happens.
yes that's the cause it seems, just had a payment go through without going into requests so it's hit or miss atm, I also noticed a decent amount of payments to Alby custodial addresses arent finding a route, I'm guessing that's for voltage to fix though not you guys?
