That is one of many concerns around who is Satoshi? Because as BTC grows in market share and adoption. The “conspiracy theories” around Satoshi will only grow. I think it hinder nations from adoption BTC. Nations could be under the impression that it’s misdirection from some 3 letter agency globally.

Many investors and institutions investing in things that do not understand. But when the collective population has a certain level of confidence in a company or product. Investors are not as hesitant to invest because the overall market believes in the product or company. But, when you do not knowing the origins of a commodity I think there is more uncertainty on whether to invest today.

The question today is if it came out that with great certainty that it was indeed a 3 letter agency. Would the public sentiment change on investing in BTC. In the short term, I think the price would drop but would it change investor behavior not to invest in BTC in the long run?
