Calling all Nostr NIP-05 service providers. Anyone interested in adding NIP-05 bulk queries so that you don’t get accidentally DoS’d? Damus currently queries NIP-05 providers N times to build NIP-05 web of trust feeds. It’d be great if I could query only once instead of 600+ times for popular domains like NostrPlebs or Primal.

The API should return a “bulk-allowed” field before any bulk queries are made.

True. Maybe the /.well-known/nostr.json route without query parameters can return the bulk allowed field. If it already lists all identities, then the client doesn’t need to make extra queries. If it doesn’t and that field is set to true, it can make the bulk query.
