Link? Although I do think that some teens, those without any type of parental or other support, may be duped into doing things that they may not understand, but that applies to anyone of any age - in fact, elders may be even more susceptible to those evildoers than teens are.
Every case must be evaluated on its own terms and circumstances. There is no "formula".
