@Samiz is similar in concept to bitchat, using Bluetooth mesh to sync between machines, but theoretically could work for all Nostr apps.

Th Samiz + citrine + 0xChat android combo is a pretty impressive idea, where you have a relatively seamless fallback to local bluetooth mesh when you lose connection to relays you are using for messaging and posting.
