For sure, if you don't have cash flow incoming and you rely on trading how do you expect to keep the emotions out of it, make it make sense

There’s a story in my country during 1995 financial crisis, salarymen got unemployed so they sell soy milk/ street food to survive.
(Mcdonald store were not abundant like current era so finding job is harder than making street food)
But nowadays it seems like unemployed people in the cities are more eyed towards degen stuff (trading/poker) for living rather than grinding in McDonald (even if their stores are much more abundant and jobs are easier to find than previous era 😅)
Not sure if this related to the fiat rent seeking mindset stem from rent seeking financial systems
Totally I think people feel that certain jobs are beneath them as well as government programs that give them money, so they feel like their are easier ways to get money, also if you've got a tierary degree you don't want to move to a different career path even if it means sitting at home, everyone is looking for the easy way out
I work an office/tech/knowledge job and I know the shit people can get away with and still get a salary its crazy how inefficient it is, the evolution of bullshit jobs has also created a generation of people who have no skills to begin with
