just the digital age thing - why not any country has hand written passport anymore ?
by 2030 all country has to issue bio-metric ones - these stuff goes with time / age - just we not use morse code telegram anymore since all get app+smartphone which gov can track
I agree, from the perspective of Germany, where ID has always been mandatory. But some countries have never had mandatory IDs. Some Americans have no IDs, at all. Not even birth certificates.
yes but thats changing in most places now esp when digital tracking is getting cheaper affordable
