The saying people get out of the military and let themselves go is an understatement... Getting back on that horse. Made it 20 minutes, max heart rate was about 135. Which is about 80% of my max heart rate for my age (220-54=166)

You have to meet yourself where you are. Find the limits of your ability and push them a little further every session.

Thanks Jay, gonna start with come cardio 3 times a week. 20 minutes pretty easy. See if that helps the pb... Also laying off carbs, I've let it get out of hand recently.
