Saturated animal fats do NOT contribute to obesity and heart disease.

Eggs and red meat are the most nutritious foods on the planet.

it is appalling to see switzerland in that list. we are a small nation with a growing number of fatties. in my small town, i am noticing some rather chubby young children and teens. le sigh.
