I don't think I will ever give it up entirely.

But I do take 3 month breaks to enjoy the benefits.

Then eventually I get a whiff of some high quality brew and im back! lol

Why quit entirely? I detox from caffeine when that becomes a habit, but still drink coffee nearly every day. Sometimes when I'm out, I'll get a fullcaf as a special treat 😎
