I agree with this.

As the demand for "non utility" homes drops and that demand flows into Bitcoin (because it just makes WAY more sense),

That will inevitably bring down the cost of all houses.

Imagine a world where everyone has a roof over their head and food in their belly.

It's coming - not from government programs - but strictly because of Bitcoin.
