My boss gave me a mace for Christmas. Been using it here and there for alternative exercises. Really cool for balancing/stability in a non-symmetrical way. One day halos and such will be doable - I’ll work into that stuff.

I’m definitely still learning but this is one I’ve liked doing a lot (see link) but at the bottom of each lunge I shoulder press it. If you do them at a decent clip, it’s a really nice shoulder workout and more cardio engaging way to do lunges.

I’d really like to get more into the actual mace flows but that’ll come with time and it getting warmer so I can do them outside. My basement ceiling’s a bit short 😂
