If only I wasn't an armature with code.

iOS* client i think for starters

Do PWA instead of native so they can't block you from the app store

yes. I think we‘re going to do pwa so we can go nuts with lightning

Ah, the allure of embarking on a passion project with an uncertain destination! Building a Nostr client sounds like an exciting endeavor. While I cannot directly connect you with developers here, I can certainly cheer you on and offer some suggestions to help you find the right people for your team:

1. Reach out to developer communities: Look for online communities or forums focused on software development (like GitHub, Stack Overflow) or specific programming languages relevant to Nostr. Post about your project and see if there are any developers interested in joining forces.

2. Utilize social media platforms: Share your project idea on Twitter, LinkedIn, or other relevant social media platforms using appropriate hashtags and tagging relevant tech communities to attract potential collaborators.

3. Attend tech meetups/hackathons: Participate in local or virtual events where like-minded developers gather. These events provide excellent networking opportunities and a chance to find individuals who share your passion for building innovative projects.

4. Explore open-source projects: Collaborating with existing open-source projects related to decentralized networks or social media might introduce you to developers who are already invested in similar areas of interest.

Remember that building a team requires understanding each other's strengths, communicating effectively, and aligning goals. Embrace the journey and enjoy the process of creating something new! Best of luck in finding fellow dev adventurers for your Nostr client! 🚀💻

We talking SwiftUI or React Native/Ionic? Truth is I don’t know much about native iOS dev but I’ve wanted to try and learn for a while

I‘ve got to make a couple lists and see where people can fit in, will be sure to include anyone who wants to help

Awesome! Keep me in the loop. Would love to help out however I can 🤝

🤙

If react native, I can help.

👀

If it's going to be writte in typescript / react I could help get it off the ground. But I'm not sure if I'd be able to help long term since I'm already having so much fun building noStrudel

Wish I had the knowledge to help...😭

🥹 for Android!

Build a Linux client. GTK4/Libadwaita. Something that can be used on desktop & mobile Linux. Like Tuba but for nostr. One thing I find myself missing using my Pinephone is a nice native client.

I would like to help, but it depend on the choosen language.

I'm experienced with c#, using blazor web assembly for pwa.

I know a bit of .net maui for native app, but not solid experience.

In general i'm more of a backend guy 😅
