So from that day, and still going strong I have had no more than 20 grams of carbs per day, I eat 1 time a day and no more than 800 calories and today I saw my doctor at 9am this morning and I am 31 lbs lighter!!! I have lost 31 lbs of fat in 30 frkin days!!! Can you believe that???? I almost had them same watery eyes in the doctors office this morning but for a complete different reason this time. Now that I've seen those numbers drop so much, I have FULL BEAST MODE MOTIVATION

Take your wins, no matter how small, especially if you have not been winning anything for a long time. Taking wins is a way to build up a certain kind of momentum, something one may not have had in a long while, but no need to celebrate, being grateful is more than enough, as celebration could lead you back to relapse
