If you don't include the time you have to sleep, that's between 90-130 days out of the year... spent just looking at our phones.

If you could get that time back what would you do with it?

I’m busy typing this with one hand while brushing my teeth with the other! I’m more productive!!

Also I can’t focus on finishing one task at work or listen to a meeting without scrolling social media with one eye..
