thanks for adding cointoss entropy creation workflow to seedsigner (realize is not in official release yet but looks close!).

if i understand what's going on, i will need to zap this (my own note) to split zaps three ways among keith, seed, and nick. may take a few tries but i'll figure it out eventually. (apparently is easier to zap someone by clicking lightning bolt on their note rather creating note to them oneself...)
