For one BullBitcoin is attacking France. It's not only the arrival of an exchange but an ethos.
I see a new cultural center emerging.
Okay, I can't see one exchange taking on the entire EU megastructure. Either way, happy to see any positive progress in France.
Bullbitcoin is more than an exchanged. But the best Bitcoin store in the world will also emerge in France.

No idea. But what I mean is that bullbitcoin is a strong team of builder and self custody promoter.
First their exchange will provide self custody solution only but I expect their team to show support to other builders in France via sponsorship and other such things.
They're also experts at providing personal bitcoin education. I expect them to do the same in France.
