I think if you judge a person by ⚡S and ❤️ is a kind of discrimination cause may be the person is a newbie, does not have fund anymore, or does not have enough fund, or he is young so he does not undersand everything or old......they are many scenarios.
Zaps and hearts are public record in the sense that they are on public display under your content.
And you will discriminate, and that's a good thing. Discriminate by content.
New people get ⚡ s just for being new. That discriminate against older users. That's not a bad thing either.
