Indeed, its hard to avoid completely these days. Almost all spil is contaminated as well. But reducing exposure as much as possible is key.
I have been trying to eat organic food as much as the availability allows. No synthetic chemicals. I understand it can be expensive. However, if you can afford, I'd defo recommend it 💯👌
