I feel like all current LN wallets are transient and will be replaced by ecash wallets, and we'll start with custodial ones (WoS). Why have your money in a custodial LN-compatible accounting system, instead of a custodial but private LN-compatible ecash wallet? Will WoS convert to a mint? Will every big LN node become a mint?
https://minibits.cash (APK release on GitHub) bundles Tor so you can hide your IP address when using ecash.
Mints should not be able to know who you are or censor based on IP addresses. I hope this becomes the standard! Nostr as a possible transport layer is another very useful option!
