Just purple-pilled a good friend from web2 startup world. 😂
I could actually see his mind sort of breaking for a second as he got the implications.

I need to purple pill a large group of legacy/web3 people in a few days. What do I tell them (other than "Jeff is using it"?)
I mean, just telling them about me is a good start. 😂
The three things that I find work on people who are into tech is:
1. nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft 's network effects times network effects. This is the result of universal interoperability and addressability. Tech people get this and love it.
2. Super easy customer acquisition. As a direct result of point 1.
3. Built-in payments with the best money ever (this probably won't help you with the shitcoiners).
4. The net effect of all of this is to give all the power back to the users. People find the idea of a new internet built of much smaller businesses inspiring. There's something very human and emotional about that that a lot of people seem to connect with and feel that we've lost in our sea of mass produced industrial convenience.

Alright I want go call you like the day before I do this thing, hopefully we both have time.
Could you summarize those implications? I have to purple-pill many people
This is the guts of it. Let me know if you have questions on those though.

what do you think resonated with him?
I think the real kicker was once he grasped how interoperable and addressable everything is. That pushed it beyond the social use case and then it all just started falling into place.
That's stupendous!
That gif is mint too
