Really think the silver brings out the gold in the card better. The gold in the frame is distracting. I also like the clean look of the silver, not so obviously the head of a screw and it’s clean on one side.

I def think the silver takes it. It’s more subtle and doesn’t take the eye away from the art.

I think about it like this; I wouldn’t put a gold painting in a gold frame, I’d put it in a black frame if I wanted the painting to stand out.
