I'm going road tripping tomorrow. The reason I'm going is less than exciting, but I'm excited nonetheless. I don't leave my homebase very often, so when I do I like to make the most of it.

Over the last couple of years, sharing parts of my little adventures with #thenostr has become one of my favorite things to do while I'm on the road. I can't clearly explain why. It's not as if I create badass travel content or visit prestigious destinations. It's just me, on a shoestring budget and usually pressed for time, sharing pictures of things I find interesting along the way. I have found a lot of joy in connecting over that stuff. It makes my little world feel a little less small for a little while. 💜
