This exactly. Only the lifespan will be shorter as stamps aren't using witness data so no discount. Will price them out quickly.

That's what I was reading. So they're using a hash value directly in the transaction. UTXO? So they're very small in terms of size.

The current fad in general does seem to be simply changing phrasing, it meaning the same thing it did, but being disguised as something novel, or the opposite of what it really entails.

Example: the Patriot Act

But I've no idea what the hell a Bitcoin stamp or what have you is.
