One time on a long highway trip I had to stop for an outdoor bathroom break at the side of the road. As I was doing my business a train was going by, I was looking right at it, and they let rip on the horn. I felt seen, and laughed.

That's hilarious and a great hashtag!
My best for #trainstories is probably that a conductor used to stop his train to get lattes from my shop, even though he'd block the crossings. People would get mad. They'd honk and curse at him as he walked back & forth. I asked him if he was worried about getting reprimanded for it & he told be that he'd already qualified for unconditional retirement months before. He finally retired and the new guy only stopped once. He was a little more worried about his job but he tried to uphold tradition.
