#X is advertised as town square. Nostr isn't one. People think there can be multiple townsqaures but they like it simple. They want 1 townsqaure with multiple spaces in it.

If you still think the internet is a 'town square' you're delusional. The internet is not speech. You don't have any basic rights to use or be on the internet. Anyway, I know it wasn't really your point, but when someone says this "town square" shit, that's how I know they've been sold up the river.
