Thing is it isn't an existential priority which is why Matt has talked about it but not incessently. Of course if you follow somebody like Matthew Kratter you will believe that it is priority #1 but you would be wise to stop listening to him. Btw, have you asked Saylor what his thoughts on it are? He hasn't said anything on it as far as I know. I wonder why 🤔

Wait so you are saying Kratter is untrustworthy and Saylor is trustworthy in the same post? I don't see an explanation. Sounds like we have different values... I respect those who seek truth, not those who seek power.

Trust has nothing to do with. Good grief

Qe can both fully trust Matthew, but that doesn't mean he is right.

We can....

It doesn't mean he's wrong either... 😕

That's true and you can go ahead and continue to believe this is a crisis & wonder why people such as Odell aren't as concerned about it if you want. Odell, Saylor, Lyn Alden for example are not concerned and Lyn has talked about it quite a lot saying it's overblown. If you want to believe it's an existential crisis that's up to you, makes no difference to the rest of us

Furthermore, the idea that you should be okay with a single centralized party having dominance over one of the most important pieces of bitcoin software is ridiculous, even on the surface.

Well Luke should write his own software, all he does is take Core and add some patches. Kratter has on several occassions encouraged his followers to stop donating to OpenSats (Odells opensource/bitcoin developers fund) if they continue to fund Core. Kratter is a dickhead and leading people astray. He reminds me Roger Ver back in 2017.
