It was a normal payroll day a year ago, I approve payment on the bank app, it shows approved. A day later the funds have not left our acct. It’s stuck and no one is getting paid.

Customer service have no idea why. I have to go to the bank branch and after a long while learn it’s because they need an email, years after we open the acct.

KYC and power play at its worst timing. Not your keys..

I'm over banks also. Actually I was over them a long time ago just didn't have other options. Bitcoin and stables changed that.
