Yeah that is interesting. I imagine if I heard someone saying that type of thing I would ignore them because it sounds silly.
However my personal experience with the subtle energy in my body is anything but silly. Sometimes I just have to lie down for a couple hours and let it do it's thing while I breath. It can be really overwhelming.
I used to interpret it as anxiety, but I've managed to find enjoyment in it now. It could be old patterns releasing, or meridians sorting themselves out. I have no idea tbh, but it does end up feeling like an upgrade when it's over.
I've noticed the effects are greatly amplified if I haven't expelled life force over longer than a one week period.
Holy shit I think I experienced that.
Waves of tingling through my body & head.
It was quite delightful but I assumed it was coming from inside my body rather than from outside of it. It felt a little like when you hold your breath a little too long when lifting.
Mine lasted for seconds, maybe a minute & it didn't overwhelm me. That's interesting, I'm going to pay more attention to it next time it happens.
Yeah that's probably it. As far as I can tell it's not coming from inside or outside, but more a disintegration of the boundary between the two.
I've felt it in many different flavors. Some more subtle than others. What I have noticed for sure is that if I keep going about my day I won't fully experience it. I need to lay down and put all my attention on the sensation to get the full affect
Thanks man.
I'll do likewise the next time I experience it.
The book The Presence Process by Michael Brown is probably what made me aware of it initially
