Thinking a lot lately about how harmful microwaves are (and not the ones in our kitchen - but those are harmful too)

There are metaphorical microwaves implanted throughout our society - the surface level issues such as fast food and “buy now pay later” schemes for commercial goods reveal a lot about the deeper issues such as marriages that end quicker than they began and people seeking quick fixes outside of the Lord rather than waiting on His promises

Just like slow cooked food is better than a microwave dinner, God’s promises are so much greater than the instant gratification of the new age

“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”
