you could do everything except: generate seeds from pixels from camera input (used for entropy), scan a request for signing a transaction (actually send money), scan a qr with preloaded settings, etc. it would be useless as a functional hardware wallet, but you could still use it for a couple built-in functions outside of transacting with bitcoin, like generating seeds from dicecrolls.
