These articles are always funny. Who would think it's bullish to be 20% up after 75% to 88% (from ARH) down 🤣, it will recover a bit vs BTC as there are still enough people and companies in it to completely give up yet but not many would bet a sat that ETH can reach back to 0.075 or even 0.1BTC any time soon if not ever.
