OMAD is amazing. I found I was maintaining weight perfectly on OMAD.

Tried one meal every other day, that was harder but I was able to lose weight easily.

Did a month of one meal every third day, that was much harder but a good test of discipline.

I have been eating once in a day 11 days in a row now and it’s easy. Also started running, and already lost 6 kilograms.
