Enforcement implies force and that's not what we are talking about.
Cultures have shared beliefs and are an extension of community which is an extension of family.
Families are the core, and they can be raised with morals. As a family, we do not need to entertain the filth in the world or accept it as normal.
Again, this is the way that homogenous societies have worked for millenia. We grow up learning about this phenomena... It's called social studies.
I agree wholeheartedly. Morality within a culture cannot be governed(enforced). We’re talking over each other and agree on core principles.
It’s up to you and I to change culture through our families and communities by example.
