Is your plan to mute the entire hellthread from the OP? Or just from the location in the thread that the user mutes from?
Notes in muted threads are not shown anywhere now

It has always included muted users, what do you mean ?
currently if a post from a muted user is reposted or quote posted, it still displays on the feed
