I am the fool. I rushed fiat work so that I had could grab more commisioned before my manager did. He got to the task first and then had to correct a mistake of mine.

Bummer dude. It’s a snake pit. Been there.

The good news is my self worth and identity are no longer wrapped up in my fiat work so mostly water off a ducks back.

I just liked my last manger who simply managed

Yes it is freeing. My latest strategy, since my employer has made it quite clear he has no intention of sharing the success I am helping create, is to steal back as much time in my day as possible. If he only knew the degree to which he has turned an engaged, dedicated employee into a god damned clock puncher. I make decisions daily that could result in vastly greater profitability for his business, but he’s shot himself in his own foot denying me measly agreed upon performance bonuses while continuing to amass capital. I understand better now than ever the old adage about it being easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into Heaven. Fiat inflation and taxation has pitted everyone against one another.

I simply asked for more work, in the last 18month my manger has been our top sales person and my cell battery is warm from my time on it. for every $100 I save customers it costs me $4.5 especially this time of season I can make $20 tip depending on the individual.

I guess I see my incentives and the outcomes

What do you sell?

Ford Parts, I can theoretically ship north America wide

Very cool.

If you had a ship, you could ship further 😂
