Finally got these old rusty rotors off after about a gallon of penetrating oil and some mini sledge coercing.
Got a quote for over $3k to do the brakes and struts as a motivator, and did it for 1/5th of that myself

You're an animal! I'd definitely reface those rotors if you smacked them with a steel sludge. But good on you for tackling it yourself. What's your rig? Looks fairly modern, I can see your hall sensor for your ABS behind your wheelhub.
Oh the rotors were replaced, I’d never bang on ones I planned to use. It’s a t1n sprinter- the old school ones

For most projects I can lean on YouTube university heavily but this one was tricky cause nobody had posted certain specifics. Even the forums weren’t totally helpful
At that point I just start removing bolts lol! Sometimes I may or may not have to buy extra parts due to accidental damage 😝
