Something I've tried many times, and always fail at:

Not raising my voice, and shouting at my kids, when we do bath and bedtime

Every

Single

Time

One of them triggers the shit out of me... And I start barking orders at them

Unregulates me

Unregulates them

Can take ages to actually calm them down and get them to sleep

I feel you, I think we're not meant to NOT live in small communities. <3 do you homeschool or unschool by any chance?
