How much did it cost you to open and rebalance channels last year? I have found with my tiny node that my cost to rebalance and open channels costs me more than I’ll ever make in routing fees.
I never rebalance or open channels that often. I don’t try to optimize it. I just open channels if I can’t pay for something.
⬆️ This is what I should have done in 2023. I might make this my strategy in 2024.

Mine has a fan making loud noises and channels with nearly all the sats on one side or the other. I'll get to it eventually...

If I open a channel to you, would you keep it open? It would be fairly low transaction volume, it's just frustrating when I open to someone and they close it a few weeks later because it's not routing.
I don’t look at my channels or touch them. I occasionally close them once they are fully allocated on my side
