I'm addicted to sugar. I went the keto route before. I was planning to do it for a month. The first 2 weeks were horrible: headaches, cravings... but I managed. When I hit 3 months of keto (of my original plan of 1) I decided to keep going and I was on keto for 2 years. I felt wonderful. So I know I can do it and I also know for 2 weeks I'll feel miserable, but then I'll feel amazing.
