And lately iβm seeing different accounts (that look like bots) reutilize the same memes someone else posted with a few hours difference π
They want ALL THE ZAPS π
and even if web of trust is a way to mitigateβ¦ if one person in our social graph follows them, itβs easier others will β¦
Anyhow, bots will be botsπ
Is there a nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7erfw36x7tnsw43z7un9d3shjqpqpvz2c9z4pau26xdwfya24d0qhn6ne8zp9vwjuyxw629wkj9vh5lshndjmv for identifying and annihilating bots from your follow list? π§
Not that Iβm aware of but if they have specific or common characteristics, it might be possible to build something. Just not sure what criteria would be needed to identify them all.
Yeah, tricky thing to establish the criteria. There is something about velocity of reply to many accounts almost simultaneously.
But other than that i struggle to find more common giveaways π§
Maybe itβs the frequency and similarity of replies relative to the creation date, and lack of non-reply posts. Iβll give this some thought, itβs probably a feature I can spec for my upcoming app called Mutable.
Nice!!! π€π€π€
Itβs in the works, Iβll make sure you are notified when itβs ready to test.
(I creared and run nostr:nprofile1qqsqkp9vz32s779drxhyjw42khsteafun3qjk8fwzr8d9zhtfzkt60cpzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgtcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsdjqq3u, if that wasnβt obvious.)
