Pure statism.

By that logic, they should shoot alcohol and tobacco sellers, who cause many more deaths than illegal drugs.

The war on drugs has always struck me as pure and simple hypocrisy. People earn money however they can, and in my view, selling drugs is a completely legitimate business, and state intervention is an attack on private property.

Incidentally, states are the biggest traffickers. JD Vance should also shoot the entire US military and senior officers who were involved in the cultivation and trafficking of opium in Afghanistan, which was almost non-existent before their arrival thanks to the Taliban's ban.

As a mexican, I won't complain if they shut down cartels, tbh. They could even kill Claudia Sheinabum if you ask me.

I agree with you about the cartels, but let's be honest, those guys in the boat were poor devils. Did they deserve to die?

I can't comment on Mexico either. In my country, the people who travel in boats haven't killed anyone; they're just people who do that work for money and out of necessity.

We won't know what they deserved because the US gov blew them up for probable cause.

They did, but I admit it won't change much.

Something big is about to happen because the Chapitos are confessing critical information on drug traffic and logistics.

Opens door for just killing people they put a label on. No need for law or courts.

This thing they did that was not illegal is a slippery slope to all the other illegal things they won’t do.

The trope is stale.

This country is getting stronger every day of this admin.

Pearl clutching has resulted in TDS judges getting overruled at nearly every turn.

Deal with it. Or not. W/E

To me it looks like there at minimum two violent gangs who want to control this country. One is globalist and the other is nationalist. If I have to pick I would pick nationalism. The best course would be to obey the constitution for once but that ship sales a long time ago.

We are a society by the elite for the elite.

It's been that way, but now that is more profitable to be inside the government, it's turned into Fascism. After Trump is gone, it will get worse.

Elections are over, obviously.

In Australia the state uses violence against tobacco (unless they get their tax). The framing of this story shows how they are proceeding. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-09-07/qld-illicit-tobacco-trade-court-records-allegations/105733494?

I just don't understand how did we get here. I mean humanity the world over being so entirely cucked to satanic pedophilic criminals

Trump is fucking Satan

Actually, I think it's a good idea. But where to start? Pfizer or Moderna?

Our coast guard does this regularly. Blowing up narco speed boats is not controversial, we just don't usually do it from the air. This was a flex.

We're asking the cartels if they really want to play this game.

From a Brazilian point of view, this has the same feel as leftists telling eastern europeans that fighting communism is fascism.

Cartels aren’t small-time drug dealers selling a bit of weed to make a living, they are international criminal organisations that cripple entire nations. Along with cultural corruption, cartels are the biggest plague on Brazil. Brazilians cheer when police kill them, and I’m sure they would (theoretically) love for the US to do the job their own government is too coward or complicit to do.

They bribe and intimidate politicians, they own judges and lawyers, they take over entire areas and extort the population, they kill with no reason. Drugs is the least of it. As much as we can be skeptical of government, no one wants to live in a narco-state. Especially not those who value liberty and property rights.
