Do you still use Global / Universe feeds?
I don't use them because I rarely see something that I want to engage with. The apps I use don't push me toward them either.

Would you be upset if it disappeared or was harder to find?
I don't want it to disappear but I would like to see some improvements. I like the approach Damus takes. You can filter global through paid relays. It could also be improved with more filtering like WOT.
