How do I know that npub is ross?

More generally, how do I now it's not a scam.

I have some ideas with bonds and cashu, but still don't know if it can be done without aribiters. And who's gonna trust them?

yes. you don't build instantly. say ross can't do that. amazon as an arbitor has reputation

how is Ross getting the message out that eBay is ghosting him? use the same channel to say "this is my npub and nip05". problem solved
