Those cloud indicate that some snow melted?

I think it's mostly wind shaping it.

When i see clouds like these in our mountains here, it is because the snow is melting...

Wow! You are very lucky to live in such a beautiful place. I'll have to post some pics of the Bitterroot mountains.

Nice! Some day I will have to move to the mountains we never get to see the alien space ships in flat Indiana.

But we did study these in flight school. The Rockies are famous for them.
